Sunday Vintage Champagne Brunch @ Ritz Carlton Singapore

As it's a champagne brunch, there's unlimited flow of Moët & Chandon, wines and selected cocktails (there's a small cocktail bar), or soft drinks (not worth it though!). This buffet is available at the Greenhouse from 11.30-3 pm on Sundays. It was mighty crowded we were lucky we could get a table without pre reservations :) I highly recommend this buffet mainly cos of it's insanely wide selection of desserts, super fresh and assorted seafood (from oysters to crabs to lobsters!), and the fact that it is really an international buffet comprising of meticulously prepared asian and western dishes. At most other international buffets, there're only a couple of random asian dishes. However, at the ritz carlton, there's a Japanese section and a local cruisine section. It's seriously an eat till you drop buffet with such a colourful palette of flavours :) I'd recommend this brunch to anyone, from tourists who wish to try our local delights to seafood connoisseurs to just the dam famished xD

That's the seafood counter over there :D

So many sweet and gorgeous fruits!

LOOK AT THAT! dessert towers!:O

Crabs and Lobsters cooked fresh on the spot

Our table was right next to the enclosed garden. We had the sweetest Moët & Chandon :)

Cool Merlion butter xD

Potato with lumpfish caviar

Escargot on grilled scallop :) The layout and colours were so pretty it was a pity to eat this work of art. Haha and I didn't know snails could taste this good!

You could pour Mornay sauce on the lobsters and crabs :) It was really good, tasted kinda like cream of mushroom xD

Dark sauce prawn, fried rice, steamed fish and noodles... so Sg

A variety of Jap stuff too; sushi, soba...

Many diff types of handrolls

Super smooth chawanmushi!

DESSERT :D Variety's ++++! Practically a dessert buffet on it's own

Fantastic Crème brûlée!

Freshly baked chocolate souffle! :D:D:D One of the signature desserts

Mövenpick ice cream :) The cool thing was there was a chef at the ice cream and souffle counter to scoop ice cream for you so the tubs wouldn't get messy looking and stuff xD

Overall I'd say it's really worth the 150 bucks :) Great service and awesome food and atmosphere. I couldn't ask for more! (except maybe a crepe station? hahahaha well they have that for dinner xD)
